To ensure shipping remains as affordable as possible, the following arrangements are in place. If you need your order sooner, an express shipping upgrade is also available—simply select the option at checkout.

Domestic Orders

• Shipping Method: All transfer orders are sent as letters using stamps to keep costs low.
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD will be upgraded to free parcel delivery with tracking.
• Delivery Times: 3-6 business days.

International Orders

1. Single Transfer Orders

• Shipped as regular letters with stamps to maintain affordability.
• Note: Only one set can fit per letter.
• Delivery Times:
  • USA, EU, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Singapore: 15+ business days

2. Multiple Set Orders

• Automatically upgraded to parcel shipping with tracking.
• Delivery Times:
  • USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Singapore: 6-9 business days
  • EU: 7-10 business days

Additional Information

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for customized items.
• Customs and Duties: Any customs fees or duties for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
